The American winger was asked to put some of his favorite players head-to-head in a knockout quiz with GOAL. After naming Ronaldo as the game's best finisher, the 26-year-old gave Messi's name when asked who is the best player in the world right now.

Pulisic then had to pick between Ronaldo and Messi in the semi-final of the knockout and gave the nod to the Argentine, making clear which side he is on in the constantly-raging debate about which of the two is the greatest of all time.

Pulisic was also asked to name the best player he has ever played with, and the ex-Chelsea star duly named N'Golo Kante. He also made sure to mention Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who recently declared himself "the boss" at AC Milan, when pressed for a legend he'd like to play with right now. He even gave Ibrahimovic the nod over Ronaldinho, saying: "Just because I don't want him to say anything to me."

Ibrahimovic eventually lost out to Figo as the quiz wore on, but Pulisic will hope the Swedish icon will not hold it against him ahead of the Rossoneri's Serie A clash against Lecce on Friday.
