Kylian Mbappe has told BBC Sport that Liverpool are “a machine”.
What did he say?
The £180m-valued World Cup winner – as per Transfermarkt – has been linked with a move to Anfield in the past few weeks and months, and his latest appraisal of Jurgen Klopp’s side is likely to see the talk of a potential move to Merseyside increase with his latest comments.

He said: “What Liverpool do in this moment is amazing. They’re like a machine, they’ve found a rhythm and are like ‘we play again, we play again’. They’ve lost zero games. When you watch you think everything’s easy but that’s not easy.
“The guys are focused, they play games every three days and they win, they win, they win. Now the problem is that everybody watches Liverpool, and everybody watches what we can do against them, so now they have to show they are strong again but it’s a very good team with a very good manager.”
Total domination
Even in France, this Liverpool team is clearly attracting huge attention, but that is not necessarily surprising. At this point of the campaign, no team in the history of Europe’s top five leagues has ever picked up as many points as the Reds’ 64.
It truly is astonishing form, and it is that relentlessness, as the 21-year-old says, that is the Reds’ greatest asset. Whilst they have not always been at their best, they have continued to win pretty much every week. Their search for glory goes far beyond just winning the title – it appears to be total domination that is now the final goal for Klopp and his side.

With the Premier League title all but sewn up – they already possess a 16-point lead at the top with a game in hand – they may now be able to turn their attention to the Champions League, which is terrible news for the likes of Mbappe and PSG.
They may have been hoping that the Reds’ desire to win a first league title in 30 years may have kept them busy, but now a historical double – or even treble with the F.A Cup still on the table – could be in their sights. You have to feel for the rest of Europe – at the moment, it seems no-one has an answer to their superiority.
